great location on the main drag, Macrossan Street, where all the restaurant and bar action happens; the apartment was very spacious, with an open-planned living area and a good kitchen

Young Irish Lady on reception was amazing: welcoming, helpful, great service booking return coach and not charging any money until booking confirmed. Room/suite was great: huge living room with kitchen in corner, separate bedroom with ensuite. Wi-Fi worked flawlessly. Balcony with view of a few trees.

Deluxe lower level, one bed apartment. Room is dark, so good for sleeping if you need a dark room. Spa bath and good size shampoo, conditioner and soap available. Fresh linens and towels after seven nights. Convenience of being in the heart of town is the reason I chose this hotel and it’s in walking distance of the marina and restaurants. Reasonably quiet. Pool is heated to a comfortable temperature and very nice after a hot day. Port Douglas does not disappoint its a wonderful Aussie town.

The location is perfect if you want to be close to restaurants and shops. Short walk to the beach. Neve at reception was friendly and accommodating. We had a studio room which was very small but comfortable. Bed was very comfortable.

Location, in the midst of shops, restaurants, bars & near the marina. Niamh (hope I spelled that correctly) on reception was lovely she was helpful & friendly. I was pleased with the room, it was enough for a few nights, overlooking the pool & glimpses to the shops.

Centre of Main Street so easy to walk everywhere. The pool is small but lovely to potter around in and perfect temperature. The kitchen has everything you need. The bathroom products were really lovely. Overall a really good place to stay and I will return.

The location in the middle of town was great, walking distance to pubs, restaurants, wharf, shops, everything! Spacious room, air con and comfortable bed.

The Reception staff were very helpful and knowlegeable. My wife lost her reading glasses and Jen at reception really tried to help us locate them. We also booked a river cruise through reception which all went smoothly. The beds were very comfortable. The off street parking is a bonus, we arrived on market day where parking was next to impossible, this plus the building location made our arrival and transporting our suitcases very easy.

Fantastic location right in the centre of town and the staff were great. Easy walking distance to shops, cafes and restaurants.
